Stephen Cohen has a nice blog on Agile and Project Recovery. His recent article on Software Project Recovery is predictable is a good read. In this article he talks about love curve, that tracks customer staisfaction, Severity wave which represents defects of different serverity levels over a period of time and Defect See-Saw. Check it out.

Here is discussion between Maven and Motley on Agile just means going fast. The discussion starts with a comparision with cat but explains the pitfalls of the traditional waterfall model when compared with Agile.
